Hotel Neptune

Very bad experience, once i went for using washroom, the receptionist said i can't let you use the washroom, because all rooms are booked, i said i will pay the charges for using your washroom, but he didn't let me use the washroom, eventually i said give the room , they he said give 600 rupees, i gave it and used the washroom and came again in reception. I requested him to keep 100 rupees for using washroom and give me back rest of money, but he said no, he said my boss is very strict, so i said okay. As per indian government rules any hotel or restaurant can't refuse to using toilet to anyone.they only can charge minimal money for maintenance or cleaning.

Don't go for it.... Worst hotel in kalol. Very bad rooms very bad behaviour of night man who r there. Waste of money and not hygienic.
