Nice place to stay in comfortable price. Highway Location. Staff behave is very good.

Horrible hotel, all reviews are fake, the staff is unresponsive, toilet seats are lying on floor, bed sheets and pillow covers has not been washed since ages.

As far as the hotel staff are concerned they are very good and helpful. But the management needs to step up.I was given a room with no door key.When I asked them for the key they told me that the previous customer lost the key so we don't have a key.So I asked them then what should I do to which they told me nothing will happen you can leave the door like that. After that I saw the bathroom window pane is broken I asked them how can someone use this bathroom then they told me it's 2nd floor no one can see you. After that the jet spray was leaking constantly. When I got angry they changed the room. Food was just ok.The management really needs to work on improvement.

I was looking for a hotel that fits in my budget and nearest to my work location and I found hotel embassy. When I visited the hotel for first time I was very pleased by the warm nature of hotel staff specially the the manager. Hotel services were top notch. I did not have any inconveniences during my stay. Food was great. Overall experience was fantastic. I would suggest that if you are looking for a nice budget friendly hotel near Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad or Kalol, please try hotel embassy.

Best hotel in kalol with professional behaviour from staff and they helped us in whatever we needed. This hotel budget is good .very good environment . Hotel staff is also good but one problem is winter time bcoz hot water is not early .after 7 o 'clock hot water is ready...

Hotel is good and staff is really very good and polite. Food and housekeeping services are also good. Car parking place is also available and lift is available as well. Best thing is, it is available at affordable rates. Also it is on highway so it easier to travel further after halt!

It was a great experience, the food was very delicious and hygienic, rooms were very clean, staff was very polite and supportive, I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting kalol.
