Don't go in this hotel in my view...there service are too bad to stay..... AC don't working and if you go for ac they switch on ac but they don't have remote to control ac so you can't operate ac only On and Off service available... TV not working... Second if you go for toilet use there flush is not working.... bathroom kit not available....take your towel because you wouldn't got the towel as well.... If you are staying here for more than one day you need to say them to clean your room otherwise they didn't clean the room..... And they provide you water bottel with normal water...... Only good thing is that this hotel is nearby railway station only..

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Great location and excellent service all around. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Hotel Ananya - One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever||I stayed at Hotel Ananya for two days, and the experience on both days was utterly unacceptable. Below is a detailed summary of my stay:|||---||Day 1 Experience:||I booked a room and paid in advance as instructed.||The receptionist's attitude was extremely unprofessional and discourteous--not the kind of behavior you expect at a hotel front desk.||The room was poorly maintained: the bedsheet and cushions were visibly dirty.||The complimentary water bottles were already opened/unsealed, but still charged in the final bill.||I ordered a dinner meal. While the food was passable, the same issue persisted--unsealed water bottles were provided and charged.||In the bathroom, the towel was not clean. I complained, but was told there was no staff available to provide a fresh one.||I checked out the next morning at 7 AM, but the receptionist did not issue any bill. I was told it would be sent via WhatsApp--which never happened.||||---||Day 2 Experience:||Unfortunately, I had to return to this hotel the next day, assuming the previous issues were a one-time mistake. That was a serious misjudgment.||The room I was given on Day 2 was in a shockingly poor, third-class condition.||The bedroll was in terrible shape (photos attached), clearly not cleaned or maintained.||The telephone was not working.||A TV was present, but the set-top box was missing, making it unusable.||The AC was leaking.||The bathroom was in a disgusting state: the bathing mug and bucket were left randomly scattered, the towel was even dirtier than the day before, and the bathroom layout made absolutely no sense.||I complained again at reception during check-in and also ordered food. The staff said "OK" and claimed someone would follow up, but after 30 minutes, no response.||I found a hotel promotional card at reception and called the number listed--without knowing it was the hotel owner's number.||A man, apparently the manager or staff, came into my room angrily and began shouting in a very uncivilized and abusive tone.||He yelled, "Aap mera naukri khaa jaayega kya?" (Are you trying to get me fired?).||When I said I would leave, he arrogantly replied, "No refund will be given. You are free to leave."|||I told him about the telephone and set-top box issue, and he carelessly responded, "Itna toh adjust karo. Staff nahi hai. Dikh nahi raha ki wire hi nahi hai? Kaam chal raha hai." (Just adjust. There is no staff. Can't you see the wiring isn't even installed yet? Work is ongoing.)||After a long and stressful argument, he stormed out. The food was delivered much later.||Next morning, I checked out--and once again, no bill was provided.||Shockingly, the staff claimed that no check-in had been recorded for the previous day!||||---||Billing Issue:||I followed up for days to get my bill.||I live 300 km away from the hotel, and they told me to "collect it from the hotel."||I requested them to send it via WhatsApp, but for 10-15 days, they gave me excuses:||"Manager nahi hai,"||"Staff nahi hai,"||"10 baje call karo,"||"Kal call karo,"||"Aaj receptionist nahi hai," etc.|||After constant follow-ups, I finally received blurry photos of the bill on April 30--20 days after checkout.||||---||Conclusion:||Hotel Ananya is poorly managed, unhygienic, and extremely unprofessional in every aspect--right from check-in to billing. The rooms are dirty, staff are rude or unavailable, basic amenities don't work, and there's no accountability whatsoever.||Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid at all costs. There are far better hotels that treat customers with basic respect.

It is very expensive, if we look at its dilapidated condition, the room is very bad, service is not on time, facilities like air conditioner, TV, geyser are visible but none of them is working
