We had beautiful Rakshabandhan Celebration at this place...Food is Awesome..Staff is well maintained and sevice is great. Personally Owner of this Palace is down to earth.. We specially come from Ahmedabad..at end worth it...Even For 250 nos. Guests are managed by this palace..

Please note: The reply shows that the owner is not only unethical but rude and arrogant too and possibly a tax evader. 1. He committed a room rate including breakfast but later charged for it. 2. He provided a hotel room with stained bed sheets and charged extra since we asked for clean sheets - and he is clearly saying in his reply if you want clean sheets pay extra. 3. He does not care for existing customers since he has enough short term business from moving traffic. He can check against my GST number on what business I have already given in last few months - assuming he filed GST returns and did issue GST bill or at least cared about a customers genuine feedback - to check and validate before giving a rude reply. My issue is with your unethical practice of cheating, going back on your word and charging for providing clean bed sheets in a hotel room. Had you told this earlier that you are going to go back on your word and charge additionally for providing clean sheets - we would have stayed somewhere else. This things should be explained at the time of check-in, not at the time of check-out. Going forward please inform these 3 things to customers upfront 1. We will not honour the agreed rate and go back on our word. 2. We will charge you extra for clean and hygienic rooms and bed sheets. 3. If you give us feedback - we will tell you to take your business somewhere else. If after that, someone still books your room, then you have all right to be rude to them. But when you are the one cheating and doing unethical things - have the courtesy to not misbehave. Pathetic owner. Original Review: Unethical practices to over charge. We booked a room for a family of four (2 kids under 10 and 2 adults) and were given a rate including breakfast. During check in the bed sheet in the bed had stains. We requested them to change it but the staff seemed reluctant (it was 12 AM) so understandably we said ok and just requested for couple of extra bed sheets. While checking out. They charged extra for bed sheets + billed for breakfast also additionally which was a part of room rent. When queried, they told they need to wash bed sheets and they can include breakfast for 2 people - not for 4 - that still did not explain why they billed for 4 people for breakfast. On questioning this logic, they revised the bill and billed 50% for breakfast and 100% for providing clean bed sheets. I could have argued and requested them to honour their word (at the time of booking) but felt it was not worth my time and effort. They did not know that I was using them for my corporate events and was a regular at their hotel. I decided to keep it that way and paid the extra unfair levy they charged. It was first time ever in my life that I experienced a hotel charging extra for providing a clean bed sheet. To make a few extra bucks they have lost business worth lakhs. Penny wise pound foolish.

The staff of this hotel is very supportive. I celebrated my wife's birthday. The food was very tasty and delicious. We also enjoyed dancing after dinner. Hotel very nice. Location is very best. Newly Build-up. I recommend you please visit one time

Must say .quality food and excellent taste ..and 100% veg ..good place to take your meal if you are passing through Narol Nadiad highway .
