Disappointing Stay at Gangotri I regret choosing this hotel for my stay. From the moment I checked in, it was clear the service standards were subpar. The food service was the biggest letdown - I ordered a specific dish, but they brought me the wrong meal, not once, but many times. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food twice, which was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. The bathroom was another disaster. It smelled awful, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. Speaking of the staff, their behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed clueless and uninterested in resolving guest concerns. Simple requests felt like a chore for them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, I expected at least basic hygiene and competent service, but this experience was nothing short of frustrating and unpleasant. Avoid at all costs! N it's a 3 star hotel. I'd say it's a -3 star hotel.

the staff is very badly talk on call and cut the phone even not answering the properly and cut the call i hate this

Calm and soothing location bit outside from the hassle of city with good atmosphere around rooms and hotel was good built well maintained. Their restaurant food is also decent I tried snacking items but their manager is not very well-behaved

We had Lunch. Palak wasn't washed / crushed properly. The services are so pathetic mainly the captain who answered " itnaa to cltaa hai " once he realised that I am not happy with his answer he told tthiik hai sheph ko bol duuNgaa dhyaan rkheN" Finally I called his senior who in turn reprimanded them all. No doubt that food Taste wise was so much delicious but hygiene point is questionable.

I had wonderful experience at the Hotel Gangotri Palace. Excellent property. |Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. |I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. |Thank you.

As always , every time so much setisfy with food and hospitality of staff. Good option for Lil kids play facilities. Nice ambiance and atmosphere.

4-5 years ago, when I used to come to this place with my grandparents it was a really nice restaurant, but now, it is really bad, there is no good service and there isn't any staff present. When we said we wanted food less spicy and without onion garlic, they gave us food which was really spicy, plus some of the food had onion garlic, we tried to tell them about the issue but they didn't accept their mistake at all costs, the restaurant is really bad now.. The only good thing is they have a rabbit in their play area.. Here is their photo..
