Of happiness,The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. The food was delicious, the decor was stunning, and the ambiance was perfect for our special occasion. I recently had the opportunity to stay at a the fern leo resort & club that had received great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the horrible room service. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a great location, but the room service was a major letdown. I call multiple times, for room cleaning but they didn't come. Despite the hotel's many positive qualities, I would not recommend it to anyone who values good room service. The hotel needs to seriously revamp its room service to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Until then, I would advise guests to look elsewhere for a hassle-free and enjoyable dining experience.
