Hotel The Great Lion

Avoid this hotel if you are hygiene conscious. The linen is yellowed and dirty (not even sure if it was washed). The bathroom was dirty and the room had leakage marks on ceiling and floor, the AC was broken and non functional. Couldn't sleep both nights until 4am. No breakfast available except poha and Chai. No hot water on both mornings. Inspite of complaining to the manager, no action taken. I happened to travel for work during the parikrama festival on 13&14 Nov and was charged 4000/night. I had no choice as all other hotels were full. Should've stayed in Rajkot or Bhesan instead. Restaurant serves a decent thali. That was the only positive.

Rooms are not cleaned at all No facilities for hot water Rooms are filled with bugs and cockroaches at night Bed sheets & room are totally un hygienic Hotel's phone for room services not working Ac rooms we have taken but no ac working nor television

Poor Room Service, Food Quality was Pathetic, I am Travel Agent, I Booked this Hotel for 2Days, With Break fast & Dinner But when Call to Pay the, Manager Was Checked the Food. bills and He Asked me to To Bills was Food Rs.1400/- When I booked With Breakfast & Dinner Why They Calculated the Food Bills, My Customer Told So Many Times to Hotels Guys to Start the Room TV for 2 Days thet Guys only Says ' Sir Abhi Kar Raha Hu ' but till Check out the Room TV dint on, Pathetic Room Service, My Client got Stumoch Problem After Getting Morning Breakfast. So Guys Don't Book the Hotel and All 4* & 5* Ratings are Fake on the Google...... Don't Book again

The property is on the main road , a magnificent view from the suite room. Very neatly maintained rooms. The pool was also clean. Food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, the staff is so polite and friendly. Owner Mr. Hardik himself is so down to earth and kind.

Rooms have faulty ACs. Please check before confirming. Not bad for the night stay

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Mr. Hardik the owner of the property was such a gentleman. The propery is on the main road and has a great view. We were settled in a suite which was very neat and comfortable with a great view. The foot at the in house restaurant was yummy and delicious. Over all we had a great stay.

Unfortunately I was there for 2days it was very bad experience staff was not responding .TV Was not working same informated but no response . Food was very unhygienic. Breakfast was included but they didn't served . when asked they reply u must inform . Room was dirty bedsheet was dirty . Worst experience in my life
