Hotel Sapphire

Although the hotel is somewhat conveniently located, and the rooms are also okayish, but the management and staff are horrible. They even refused to help us with the luggage. We stayed for just 3 hours but i wish I had opted for cheaper and better options near by. There are plenty of better options who are ready to welcome you with warm hospitality, not like this hotel, who just wanna kick you out once you pay the tariff ! Better avoid

Hotel Sapphire was an incredible experience! The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering true comfort. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The peaceful ambiance made it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Not the best but it might be the only place that accepted us in town as foreigners. It's very hot in the room so you need to pay for ac, the room will be the same, paying for ac is just them giving a remote and plug the ac. The room was not that clean, I don't think they change the sheets everytime. The bathroom floor was clean, but you could see they don't do much more in there (around the sink, the mirror etc). It's a bit noisy, there is a bird making noise all the time and you can hear the road at every hour. The location is ok, depends what you want to do in town. For the price, you should go somewhere else if you can. Even if the staff is nice it's not that good of a value.

Service is good. Room and bathroom clean. Staff behaviour is humble and helpful. Highly recommended hotel for safe and peaceful stay.

Looking at the 5 star google reviews, I took my vehicle to this place, but I saw this place is a building in a very narrow and congested lane. The rooms were quite OK maintained, I personally did not like the place and I went out to look for another hotel

This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The location is extremely poor, with no proper parking facilities. It's definitely not suitable for families and feels more like a lodge than a hotel. The service was non-existent. The rooms were in terrible condition. When we asked for hot drinking water, we received it in a dirty tea pot, and the water looked like it was filled with mud. I have attached a photo as evidence. There is no kitchen service available, which added to the overall disappointment. The photos uploaded by the hotel are quite old and do not represent the current state of the place. I would not recommend spending even a single hour here. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had an amazing stay. The staff are very kind people and so helpful. Location is in the center next to the bus stand which is very convenient ! Thank you for the stay

Good and comfortable rooms. Well maintained and clean hotel. Location is center of the Junagadh city and convinced for access all locations.
