Very nice hotel and staff. Room no 113 is luxurious room in budget price. Suggest for family , friends & couple friendly room. Maintain hygiene in room ,especially in washroom was amazing. 5* for washroom

Worse hotel every visited. Dirty washroom, dirty bedsheets and towels. Service is bad too. When asked to clean and change they will act rude and argue and say this is not 5 star hotel. Lift is so dirty. Rooms are small. All reviews are fake given by their own people. Don't recommend at all. Substandar rooms.

Awesome location all hospitality near by. Service very fast good staff behavior. Standard room are small but clean & maintain hygiene enough for 2or3 person.

We a group of 16 people were staying at this hotel during parikrama period. The stay at this hotel was very average. Apart from good looking rooms there is nothing much that this hotel offers you. While checking in we had to wait for an hour after that there was no toiletries or towels provided we had to remind them again and again. Hot water was not available. The manager of that hotel is very rude and annoying who discriminates with guest based on there backgrounds. The bathroom jet spray broke which caused leakge in the whole room. When the cleaning was done the bedsheets used were the old ones not replaced. While waiting for our bus to arrive we requested for water to be filled up in bottle manager made a really annoying face as if he was doing us a big favour. He tried to show us that we gave you really good rooms which we usually keep for ourVIP customers in a really rude tone. Overall the experience was horrible of the manager and so was the hotel. And he charged us waaaaayyyyy to extra as of for the service provided.

Service was really not worth.if there is a stay the rooms have to be cleaned and mopped regularly.dustbins to be cleaned every day. Washrooms to be washed everyday . Hot water supply to be provided.people come to girnar and there is no fix time to return back to hotel rooms .hot water supply has to be there. Water supply has to be 24*7 .we have to dependent for basic facility of water in our rooms. Rude replies of the staff is more annoying and irritating. After paying if this is the service better this hotel we don't recommend to others After all mouth publicity works. Though its far of from girnar talete. If hospitality is maintained we would have given 5 star but not after such service
