Caretaker's family stays at night in hotel and they do family discussion loudly at night. They didn't let me sleep till 1.30 AM. On morning hot water was not available in winter season. Worst experience.

This is very bad place. We cannot get well service and proper things. Toilet conditions is also bad. I would like to inform you that you should not come here. there is a T. V but it doesn't work.

We visited this Hotel last week. I would like to inform you that, firstly the hotel staff don't have any manners to talk with customers and visitors. They talk so rudely and have no courtesy to help. Secondly, all the rooms are in very pathetic condition. No cleanliness, no hygiene, toilets are in bad condition, no light in rooms, mouse roaming around, lot of mosquitoes. We had booked 4 rooms but in all rooms no it was same condition, no water in toilet, room service staff was totally rude and no manners to talk to guest's and said hamare paas yahi hai, aapko rehna hai to raho varna jao.. It's totaly unsafe hotel to stay with family. I will never recommend to any of my contacts to go this hotel. I strongly request everyone to never visit this hotel, it's waste of money, time and energy. We had such bad experience that we will give very bad ratings to this hotel. We informed the same incident all to hotel owner, but he was also not at all bothered, wasn't ready to do anything or visit at hotel, not was helping us. And when we cancelled the rooms, they even did not returned our money back. Lot of chaos happened, but we didn't get any help from the manager too.. Totally mannerless. We had visited this hotel 04 years back, it was neat and clean, we liked staying there. So again we planned to book the hotel for stay. We did prior booking, then also the rooms weren't clean. I request that everyone don't ever go to this hotel ever. Never faced such a bad experience like this ever in my journeys. Zero rating for this hotel.

Super very nice service and clean and hygiene place to stay and staff is very good behaviour. Overall is perfect and budget friendly hotel.

We got very bad experience in this hotel. Very cheap management with very poor servise inside hotel. They don't have any maintenance in room. when we check in night time, they even don't have electricity in the room as saying to wait to come electriciian in room to fix this issue and make us to wait for 4 hrs. After that they don't have clean toilet, flush is not working in bathroom as well. They dont allow us to charge phone as well after their electrican fixes thrie issue. Very very bad service. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don't go for it & don't waste your time & money in this. It will totally destroy your tour plan. I am very disappoint with this hotel stay.,,,
