Worst room no cleaning and maintenance of room including bed . need civil repairing work and also problem of mosquito and rat in the room. Toilets need major repairs not at all maintained. I have not seen this type of the worst hotels in my life in the category of amount charged by them.

They are lucky I couldn't put 0 stars!!! No hot water The mirror looks like it has not been washed since 30 years, you cannot even see a little of yourself The WiFi didn't work. The bed had UNCLEAN SHEETS AND WAS SUPER UNHYGIENIC... AND THEY CHARGED 800 RUPEES FOR THE ROOM...

Very bad experience in last night stay in hotel maruti And no including water, bathroom is very derty and non clear room bad and blencet with Staff nude not satisfied with customer service

The most terrible experience one can get, when in Junagadh is this place. For the amount they charge from their customers, they don't even have the decency to change the bedsheets. It feels like the bed has been used by 100 people when you go in the room. Also no hot water, no wifi and the people behave like they are providing five star services. Will never recommend to stay here.

The worst experience i had in my life of staying in hotel maruti,junagadh,it is claimed by hotel maruti that it is a 3-star property,but they are not worth to be called 1-star peoperty also,when i checked-in on 3rd november,at night,i was given disposable(use and throw),cheap plastic soft glass,to drink water in it,they donot have steel glass or even good quality of plastic glass,the next day,i was given solid but dirty plastic glass which was not disposable,dust bin in room was full of dirt and had not lid on it,dustbin was totally open,there was no full mirror in room,room was dirty and drawers in room was ectremely dirty inside,in bathroom,water tap was running slow ,the mirror in bathroom was so dirty that one cannot see face also,(in one bathroom,there was no mirror),toilet flush was totally broken and not working,toilet seat was totally broken into 3 parts,toilet was dirty inside of it,toilet and bathroom were not clean,in one room,water tap of wash basin was not working at all,there was a huge glass window in room but there was no any curtain!!! It was horrible ,i had to tell them to put curtains on big transperant glass window in room,no intercalling menu was there in room,when i asked for wifi,receptionist and one housekeeping man refused that they donot have wifi inspite of they had wifi,if guest is a very good and polite person ,then they will do this with guest,next morning,they accepted that they have wifi but receptionist was so rude that he was not ready to tell me password,he told me to give my mobile to him so he can put password in my mobile to activate wifi in my mobile! There is not any water geezer (electric or solar) for hot water in bathroom,they give you small quantity of hot water by boiling it on gas in their kitchen,they donot provide tooth brush and tooth paste also,if u demand,they will charge individually fot that tooth brush and tooth paste,they will give u only one little soap pack and 1 little pouch of shampoo,u will have to demand that one tiny soap is not enough,and 1 tiny shampoo pouch is not enough,they also donot give bills when i was checking out,the staff behaviour was extremely rude,next day,i had changed my room but in other room also,water tap of wash basin was not working and in that room,there was not tube light in room,it was only a bulb in room,and blanket they had provided was with lot of scars or spots (not clean) I will never suggest anyone to visit hotel maruri,junagadh

Good room and good service, hotel staff very friendly and treat like family. /

Hotel's location is good but inside the premises especially, at the ground floor there was no mobile connectivity even the hotels wifi didn't work. Rest all is fine.
