Rather than writing a reply back, your hotel staff should think that why a customer got such a strong disappointment about your hotel before even entering your hotel. You are a service provider and at least small mannerism is expected from your industry to give consideration when it is a question of 1 hour only. Saying that hot water is not available . Early check in of 1 hour charging half of the tariff. No restaurant available shows that you are not bothered about guests at all. Let me tell you that I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in various hotels so no need to give me explanation about the rude behaviour of your staff. Well I have got a reasonable hotel in that location and that staff is also polite and ready to give complimentary check in as well. Hot water is also available and food is also available . Thank you for your arrogant response at least I could find better accomodation.

I would give Zero star rating except for location. It's not fit to be called a hotel. Very nasty surprise awaits. Strongly advise chose other plentiful options in the area

Hotel was nice means got easily in pick season and also the lady owner so kind and help us in all way .also very safe and good for women.

On a good location and well managed hotel. They provide all required information and staff is cooperative.

Not recommended, because it's a scam. We paid Money for 2 days stay. And suddenly the owner said at night "Your check out time is over. If you don't take leave extra day charges will apply". WORST EXPERIENCE!!

The rooms were pretty homey and the service was good.
