Hotel Bhagyoday Palace & Aatithaya Restaurant

Booked 11 rooms through Yatradham.org. We informed Yatradham staff that we will be reaching around 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. because the staff at hotel did not attend the phone call.|When we reached the hotel at 11 p.m. on 27-02-2025, the rooms were absolutely dirty, uncleaned, bedsheets had not been changed, pillow covers had hairs stuck on them, towels, hand wash soaps and drinking water were not kept in the rooms. We had heated arguments with one Mr. Mohan on telephone as he was not available in the hotel. He said that, at this hour of the day, no housekeeping staff is ready to come to hotel now, hence they will be cleaned tomorrow.

Reached hotel at 11 p.m. Filthy, uncleaned rooms, full of small cockroaches, no towels/insufficient towels, no hand wash soap, bathroom door handle broken from inside and hence door could not be locked. They cleaned it next day because of our strong protests.

Worst experience, not hygienic , not maintained properly, very worst interior, even pillow covers not changed properly, bed cover smelling not washed. Better to stay in Junagadh city. If you like you experience these things please book a room in this palace bhagyoday .

Very bad staff, worst room given delebratly, I have booked over phone around 1 month back. After 2 hours follow up room changed that was also not up to mark as charged. Not worth. In side restorent is good, if you still stay there. Not recommended to stay.

Worst hotel I have ever visited. We had booked 4 bed suite but due to electricity issue they had shifted us to 3 bed suite . When asking for refund they had denied. No generator back up and electricity is going down frequently Water Heater is not working properly. Worst service

The room rent mentioned will be increased later by lying, the staff will be cheap, they don't even know how to talk to guests

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at HotelWorst. Upon our arrival at 6 AM, we paid 800 INR for a room. The room itself was in a deplorable condition with cockroaches in the beds and washroom. Despite the poor hygiene, we decided to stay because we had already paid. After a city tour, we returned to the hotel around 11 PM, planning to extend our stay for another day. We were informed by the manager that an additional day would cost 700 INR, which we agreed to pay. However, upon our return in the evening, we were met with hostility from the hotel staff. They demanded 1200 INR instead of the previously agreed-upon 700 INR. The situation escalated when the hotel staff began behaving aggressively. One of the staff members even removed his belt and attempted to attack us. This unprofessional and threatening behavior was shocking and unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at HotelWorst. The unhygienic conditions and the aggressive, unprofessional staff made for an incredibly distressing experience.
