The Vraj HOTEL

I recently stayed at Vraj Hotel in Jamnagar, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the hotel being advertised as a comfortable and convenient place to stay, several issues made my visit unpleasant: 1. **Cleanliness:** The rooms were poorly maintained, with dust and stains on the furniture and linens. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout my stay. 2. **Service:** The staff was unresponsive and lacked basic hospitality skills. Requests for room service or assistance were either delayed or outright ignored. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority. 3. **Amenities:** Many of the amenities listed during booking were either unavailable or not functional. For instance, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the AC in my room barely worked, making the stay uncomfortable. 4. **Noise Levels:** The hotel seemed to lack soundproofing, and the noise from neighboring rooms and outside was constant and disruptive, especially at night. 5. **Food:** The in-house restaurant's food was below average, both in taste and quality. Additionally, the service was slow, and the dining area wasn't very hygienic. Overall, I was highly disappointed with my stay at Vraj Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable experience. There are better options in Jamnagar that provide much better value for money.

Oh, where do I even begin? Firstly, I should have checked whether there was a lift given that I was assigned to the third floor - hauling my luggage up those stairs was a workout I wasn't prepared for! When I finally reached my room, I noticed that it wasn't particularly clean. There were unvacuumed corners, and it felt like the room hadn't been thoroughly dusted in ages. To add insult to injury, I discovered a little mouse sneaking around in the bathroom! I tried to figure out the climate control next, hoping for a refreshing breeze due to the lack of functioning AC. Sadly, I was met with heat and discomfort instead--definitely not a pleasant combination. Given all the issues--the service, cleanliness, fatal rodent encounter, and non-working AC--my stay felt far too expensive for what was offered. I'm sad to say I won't be returning to The Vraj Hotel anytime; sometimes you truly do get what you pay for, and it seems like my money definitely didn't find a home here. I hope they find a way to improve the guest experience because the potential is definitely there!

Hotel manager is very very rude His behaviour is very casual He try to threats customer and change his statement regarding food price and demand 10 day advance for staying and if you want to check out before 10 day and want ur remaining money back then he said it's non refundable, and have so much argue and become very personal even use abuse . Did not get room service properly Very very worst , not good for single or two persons he will try to push you after some time.. From my side not good choice.

This was the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life behaviour of manager was very rude. He took advance of 10 days but after 2 days he forcefully shifted 4 people in a single room we asked for our refund then he denied to pay. In 10 days they never changed bedsheets I ask them to change bedsheets then they say that they don't have extra bedsheets. For drinking they are not providing mineral water bottles. Behaviour of hotel manager was very rude if I ask him to change bedsheets or for cleaning he say that we can't do this all if you want to leave they you can leave also they are not giving my refund of remaining days

Really very nice service. The owner of the hotel is very nice person he speaks like a brother Rooms are very neat and clean Break fast and dinner serves in rooms I am really fan of the cook, she prepared awesome food Overall I am very much satisfied stayed 4 nights

Services were worst. Hotel manager behaviour was very rude. He changes his statement every day. Demanding extra charge for free services like room service, wifi. Hygiene condition are very bad

Hotel manager behavior is very rude, do not give respect to visitors and personally suggest not to book this hotel morover room are not good,room service is very bed and cleaning is not properly, Hotel manger use abuse words and his behavior is like a boss

The best budget friendly and premium hotel in Jamnagar and staff and the owner are very friendly I will highly recommend that please you will go and enjoy the vibes ..
