Rooms are clean and neat.. you have restorent in top floor. Good food was served. There is no signature food. Laundry was too costly than Aram hotel. Some rooms don't have cupboard and hangers. Easy access for all places.

Restaurant service was poor during breakfast , no plates , spoons , food not refilled. When requested the restaurant manager spoke very rudely to us. If the hotel cannot provide for a group of 5 adults and 2 kids, it is strictly NOT recommended for families and friends. The unkindly behaviour of the restaurant staff at breakfast resulted in a poor start to our holiday. In the night the AC went away in all rooms due to electricity issues but that is not something we hold to against management But overall one night stay , no good sleep , very bad experience at breakfast...an experience to avoid

Pathetic hotel with pathetic customer service. We had booked 3 rooms with breakfast and were 3 couples with kids. None of the ac were working whole night due to so called technical error. Breakfast was not available till 9.30 am. Rotten bananas, no plates, no spoons, extremely salty maggi, dry and hard idlis, no chutney, and the restaurant manager Pooja literally told us to be bhooka nanga beggars who robbed them and she also accepted that I said this but not to our group but some other when we asked about empty food baskets. She made us feel she is the boss and we are her labourers. Amit tiwari hotel manager was unavailable we waited for 30 minutes. Extremely dissatisfied Gujarati customer. Will not recommend if you want peace and enjoy your Jamnagar stay on time

Rooms are a bit overpriced, but they justify it with the rooms they have, very luxurious and amazing Cushiony beds and ventilation is good

AC don't work at night The restaurant manager is pathetic arrogant lady.. she does not know how to talk to customers.. She says "Pata nahi kaha se aa gaye hai kaha ab loot gaye" Which means "don't know from they have come they have looted all food" Being paid for the food she does not have right to comment this on any customer More over they don't have anything like fruits were not available and Maggie and other things where also not available.

At night AC doesn't work. At the time of breakfast we were told 'Kaha se aaye hai yeh log, sara khana loot liya.' For someone to say this is not acceptable. Needs rectification.

Rooms are clean, Toilet Hand shower in room 403 was continuously leaking. 2 cockroach was roaming in the room. Food is substandard. Out of the huge menu spread only 25% items are available. Eggs mentioned in the menu but not available. 10:30pm kitchen closes. Restaurant is smelly, cash counter is unorganised and music is loud like dhaba & night clubs. Good property with zero class, casual attitude of restaurant operator. Forgot to click photos, next time I will make sure to upload some photos.
