OYO Flagship 44953 Hotel Cadillac

Aircon and lights were good. Service was with a smile BUT 1. Very badly maintained. Must be just pouring water on the bathroom floor instead of cleaning anything. 2. My bed linen was clean but my friend was given used linen. 3. I wonder whether my Bathroom linen had been washed before being given to me. 4. After 2 days, on day 3 when i asked for a new towel, I was told that new towels could not be given on because washerman had not come. 5. Middle rooms had no windows. 6. No electric kettle or rod in the room.

My stay was excellent because the manager Ryan was extremely understanding and accommodating. Despite the issue I had with the third party booking agent he stepped it up and handle my issue with the most highest professionalism. Because I stand firm on customer service; Ryan is truly the reason why I will be booking again. Thank You

All good reviews given this hotal was fake. My experience with this hotal was terrible. Hotal owner take full advantage to get extra money to you. If you book this hotal by any online app And then go to do check in night, he refused to gave you room and asked extra amount. Completely fraud hotal and hotal owner. Be carefull before booking this hotal..

This is a best option when you are considering budget options to stay in Jamnagar. The hot water is coming 24 hours and free wifi is available. The only issue is parking place. The hotel has only one parking spot. So you have to park somewhere else

Very bad.very very ditay wash room No service. 1st floor no lift lage salf service. Water plastics jug glass . lokeshen not good. Trovel one.

Very poor service, owner is also very rude. One of the verst experience of my life. I don't recommend any one to select this hotel.

Only single person running this hotel not room service nor assistant at hotel.even that no soap shampoo.and atmosphere is dirty.oyo suggest very beautiful view seen from hotel.but hotel atmosphere is very crying at nearly hotel.
