OYO 29002 Hotel Rivera Golden Crown

It was nice stay. I was very happy and impressed with the service from hotel staff. Room was small but nice for short stay. There was all basic facilities like WiFi, Air conditioner, TV available in Room. Food also available and it was too tasty but rate was slightly higher.

stayed in the first hotel entering in to the city, outside look is amazing that can attract anyone, but from inside it loses its attractiveness. Rooms are not clean, Non ac rooms are just waste. Hotel is not maintained from inside. -1 rank in cleaning. From inside it seems like hotel has been shut down since a long time and just opened since 2 days. Complete horrible look from inside. Its like a hotel shown in horror movie, where it seems good from outside but the bad part of it comes in light when u actually stay there. Food is average. but good part of food is that u can use dominoz just opposite to hotel. Staff is good but not responsive to work.

We just hopped into the first hotel on the way to the city from the station which appeared to be excellent from outside. However the rooms were not maintained properly and were stinking. The Non-AC rooms were just habitable and in spite of a cold weather outside, the rooms were too hot with the ceiling fan having no use. Though the hotel staff was courteous but not responsive. The best part of the lodging is that its located at just walking distance from the railway station and opposite Dominos Pizza in the heart of Jamnagar.

Good place to stay, Advance booking would help during pick season (specially during satam-atham). Staff is also very good & helping in nature. Its worth the amount of money spent. If going with family, please don't forget to book in advance

Bad service We have booked four room. they have not provide towel and bath soap. Per room only one 500ml drinking provided, they have not breakfast nad lunch facilities.

The hotel experience was average and the rooms were not clean, bathroom stinked horrible and the staff was well mannered and the food was terrible. The hotel is at a nice location. All the things one need are pretty close by.

It's a good place to have comfortable stay. I would suggest to have stay at delux rooms. Service is very good and yeah freebies are also there including Wi Fi and breakfast.||||It's nearby airport and railway station.

Friendly staff room service is very good rooms are neat and clean food was too good and main it's location is easy to find and it's in center so it's easy to go every place you want easily
