OYO 22574 Hotel Deep Palace

I missed my smart watch in room number 1 on date 04 may 2019 . I remember after 4hrs. It was theft. Staff response was very poor. No help for serch it. I was saying to check CCTV cameras and called him to cleaning boys but his response is very bad. Breakfast food is poor quality. And cost is high. In room bathroom window glass was broken.

When we stepped the receptionist was not sounding at all welcoming. He was very aggressive and adamant and rude instead. An ill mannered man. He gave us a double executive room with a bad mood but having less time at our disposal we chose to go for it. The first impressions of the room were fine but when looked deeper it was full of filth. Stained bed sheets and a white towel turned brown. We had to tell the house keeping staff to change the sheets and blankets two to three times and the staff actually abused us behind our backs. In the evening while checking out we spoke to the man who happens to be the so called owner turns out that he is also not a customer satisfaction oriented guy but a guy with money on his mind instead. In the end we got to know why the staff was so ill mannered. The root cause was the unethical owner. Final Verdict: Please don't check in to this hotel. There are better hotels around like Hotel Celebration and Hotel Radhika.

Not so neat and clean hotel. Bed linen changed after I pointed out. Bed bugs and insects in the room. Even OYO toilet kit was not placed, I had to ask for it. Hotel staff stated there is no iron (press) available, when I asked for one. Food quality not up to my taste. Overall bad experience.

We were visit jamnagar last month and it was birding trip. First we had bad experience in other hotel as well government circuit house. We booked circuit house for 2days but they didn't alloted us room because one of my male friend is with us. Then we book other hotel they even didn't allow guest in room and they charge 2days rent even though we just spent 1hour. So we were searching for other hotel. We almost visited 4hotels and finally shifted to this hotel. The best thing about it they have 24hours check-in check out after that they allow to visit guests also. Staff are very friendly. And location in central of city. I gave 4star as they don't have balcony in rooms. Now onwards when ever we will visit jamnagar for birding we will definitely book this one.

Though the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The washrooms were not that clean and could have been better. The owner was helpful and the tarriffs were on reasonable side.

Never book this hotel through online as after confirmation from oyo they didn't given me room as they told me that price is very low for them and told me to wait for 30 minutes so I waited and later when I asked them they told do ur booking directly with us without Oyo rooms.. so I said I don't want... Oyo rooms! Should cancel this hotel contract as soon as possible

Room and wash room maintainence required. Hot water was not available in bathroom, faucet was broken, Bedsheet was not given with extra bed

Had a nice stay at hotel. Staff service is appreciable. Hotel is not having restaurant facility but still they serve good food at your room...
