The rooms are average, the cleaning is good, the breakfast is very limited. There are very few options. Don't be fooled by the name of the word "international", there is nothing for foreign guests at breakfast. The staff is nice and respectful. The restaurant under the hotel. The best restaurant in the city. There are many customers waiting in line at dinner time.

This hotel offers a pleasant experience with friendly staff and commendable service. The check-in process was efficient. The accommodations were standard, equipped with basic toiletries, though street noise can be heard at night. The room service and dining options were quite satisfactory. Overall, it is a decent choice for a stay.

I had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Vishal International, and I must say, their Dal Khichdi was a revelation. As someone who rarely orders this dish, I was impressed by its authentic flavor and preparation. Good food, Good service, rooms and amenities are optimum. But please be cautious if you get a room at first floor! They have a blower outlet just next to the first floor rooms; produces weird noise and causes lot of trouble even inside the rooms, especially in room#109. Hotel staff is really supportive but a generic strategy of denial to room change requests basis full occupancy at any given time won't help in long run! So, check before you book

I checked-in on 27th dec. The restaurant staff early in the morning is quite rude and argumentative. Breakfast is not set up till 7.30am. i had to order from room service since I was hungry, if you come around 9.50 the early morning captain would be upset and keep murmuring and claiming about hotel policy. Captain doesn't set up breakfast on time but wants to start removing breakfast before 10. I don't know how they can cater to guests when they claim to be sold out on rooms aspect. Due to this experience we chose to have lunch outside the hotel in the city. During my stay , I was happy with the efforts and response of the housekeeping staff for the speed and pleasant attitude. Room service Steward was quite a pleasure to interact with early in the morning. The star deserving people are the above mentioned guys. I have been to this hotel since early 2000s stayed here earlier too in 2024. Strangely the latest experience was unpleasant.

I visited for the food at Atithi there own restaurant and they have both veg as well as non-veg so everyone can enjoy. The food was best and the restaurant ambience was luxurious and the staff was very helpful.
