Dirty rooms and bathroom. Cockroaches on the floor. Asked them to change the room he said he will do it but they didn't.

Worst and fraud hotel . We had booked the online through ixigo and when we reached hotel for check in they denied the booking and we have to pay double money. Bathroom and rooms are literally feel local publicaaly unhygienic. Pathetic service and arrogance behaviour in communication. We don't recommend anyone.

It was really nice stay, adorable room rent in AC, good location easy to reach location and polite and skilled staff always ready to help me out. Cleaning of room is remarkable , heart of the city and easy to reach bramhaniya dining hall which is very famous for authentic gujrathi food, very nice ambiance of bramhaniya .

The hotel is quaint and royal in its appearance. Situated right at the heart of the city it is well connected to air and railways. Also, the market is just around the corner. Hence, it makes an interesting stay for tourists. With regards to food, there are several food outlets around the hotel catering to both veg and non-veg options. ||||As I was new to the city, the staff suggested a few places that one must visit and I must admit it all turned out to be excellent suggestions. ||||Paisa vasool!

Staff is good..bathroom is very small. Average hotel for family. Not facility for car parking. Noisy in the morning..location is good in jamnagar. Main city, lots of shops near area. If you wanna one day stay for trip you can stay here. Behavior of staff is very politely.|.

worst hotel i have ever seen , 3rd class service , 3rd class rooms , too much dirty , bathrooms smell like public toilets ., Ac's are not working . they do not have any room service , no housekeeping . you have to please them again and again to clean room . all rooms are in same condition never ever come to this hotel . 0 maintenance .

This place is well situated near the central market. No issues in terms of service. Only thing was little unprofessional behavior of staff. But overall i had a good stay. enjoyed my time in Jamnagar with friends. Good to go!
