Hotel Jash Palace

WARNING BEFORE YOU BOOK !! The owner/men at desk is a pathetic man, WORST. He has no sense how to speak to customer. He has no idea what hotel rules are. I have been to 1000's hotels but this had most pathetic welcoming. He is not at all helpful to customers and speaks gruesome language. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The room was good, the hotel is a bit old but good, the breakfast needs some improvement.

So beautiful Hotel.. You can go easily to ST Bus Station, Railway Station,, Airport.. Fantastic Service and Good behavior by Reception Staff

Staff not interested in checking-in guests at night time. Denied check-in even after providing complete valid ID & in-person confirmation 2 hrs prior to guest arrival just because the person at reception had no idea how to manage (Reason given was that all rooms are sold out... In just 2 hrs !!!) . Especially NRI & Corporate guests please avoid this hotel. Pathetic Experience. Spend 300 rs. extra & go to Anaya Beacon Jamnagar.

First hotel where you need to inform twice to get your room clean before you arrive, there is no SOP. This is morning tea. On asking staff, they said without shame that....

This is the best place to stay if you are looking for a lodge or a hotel to stay in. It's very hygienic and the staff is friendly here. Rooms are big where you can occupy 3 persons in one room. Bathroom is clean, room is clean, and a big thumbs up for maintaining hygiene which I think should always be a priority for every hotel who accommodates people. I have booked room 2nd time because my 1st experience was amazing. This is going to be my always stay place whenever I will visit Jamnagar.

Wonderful hospitality. Enjoyed my stay. All staff very cordial and supportive. Issues sorted out in no minute if so they arise. Great.... My best wishes to team Jash Palace Jambagar.

Good hotel with centralized location in jamnagar. The staff is very helpful and hassle free check in process. They also offer options to book room with/without breakfast which is convenient.
