Hotel Chetna

Pros: Cost is better compared to other hotels in same area Tea is good here. Cons: Hygiene has a scope of improvement Mosquito problem in rooms The room service bill for me was not properly calculated. Even after me reminding them about the items, I had ordered they charged me less. After I checked out , the person from reception calls me and asks me that bill are pending for payment. It was a misunderstanding overall, but this is not professional approach. I completed the payment but I guess this is the first and last time something like this has happened to me.

All good but just one think to improve that wifi not working properly.........

Had a nice pleasant stay with family. I went for delux rooms and they are pretty big. The room service was prompt. Food served was good. Rooms were clean and regularly maintained. The staff was cooperative. The locality was good. Also hotel accomodated our late check-out. Overall a good pleasant stay.

I stayed here for just 1 day on a business trip. Stay in the hotel was pleasant. Nice small room. AC was good. Bathroom was neat & clean. They do not have a inhouse restaurant but provide facility to order food in the room through room service. Food was good too. Food did not have any Gujarati thali which one expects in Gujarat; however, whatever options were there, they were good. Check-in and cehck-out were smooth. One point to note is that hotel is on 1st floor and above only and have a very small entrance at the ground floor. Might be difficult for old-age people to climb. They have HD channels in TV, though size of TV is small. |Overall, an excellent stay.

Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. There's 24h running hot and cold water. Very well maintained. Really humble staff, great room service. Stayed with family in a double bed AC room for 1500/night which is a reasonable price considering its location. It's situated just a few yards from the teen batti chowk, which is a major landmark of the town, about 1.5km from the heart of the town, Lakhota Lake. It's 3.5km from Jamnagar Railway station. There's free WiFi too.

Really enjoyed my stay with family at Chetana Hotel. Its very neat and clean. Services are excellent and quick. I stayed for two days in Suites, rooms very spacious, road touch. Location of the Hotel is also very perfect, with market, auto, restaurant easily accessible and reachable. Staff was very polite and helpful, courteous mannerisms. My special thanks to Pareshbhai Bhatt and Dhawalbhai for their cooperation and guidance. Also rates are very reasonable. Food available was of very good quality. I will try my level best to visit Hotel Chetana again.
