Hotel Aram, Jamnagar

Review for Aram Hotel - Gujarati Thali (500) I recently visited Aram, known as one of the biggest hotels, expecting a memorable Gujarati thali experience. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The food was not served warm, the taste was very average, and the delivery of items was not up to the mark. For 500, the quality and service felt extremely overpriced -- the thali seemed worth no more than 150. I had high expectations but the overall experience was underwhelming and not at all value for money. Definitely not recommending if you are looking for authentic, fresh, and satisfying Gujarati food.

This place has consistently served amazing and delicious food for years. They always maintain top-notch quality, hygiene, taste, and excellent hospitality. It's my go-to choice for dining in Jamnagar, whether for family functions or social gatherings. The rooftop is our favorite spot to enjoy the meal, offering a fantastic view.

Terrible service... had a few disappointed visits but it was outrageous that they asked us to pay for something we had not even ordered... they added a can of soft drink and when we pointed out the error the waiter made us wait for 15 mins and then said 'if u don't pay I will have to pay the amount...' upon refusing to pay for something we hadn't even ordered and asking for revised bill he just manually deducted the amount from the present bill.. when we asked "what about the gst on the product that has been added.." he just replied "THAT U HAVE TO PAY" not wanting to ruin our night we paid and left... but stopped visiting the establishment since then....

I had a wonderful stay at Aram hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. They have great variety in food, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic experience--I'd definitely stay here again

There was heavy band sound in morning in front room window. I went hotel after 12 in night need pleasant sleep but due to this kind of event spoil our morning. Hotel staff ask to manage for few time instead of stopping them .

used to be a good hotel but now its just soo dirty. tables are not cleaned properly, sofas and chairs are always dirty, waiters are extremely slow and looks unsatisfied and unhappy with their jobs. Once a Great placed ruined because of mismanagement.
