Good Location in the city. Rooms OK in size but not maintained. A/c are very old not giving proper cooling. After entering the room we have to ask for basic amenities like towels, soap, water bottles etc. When asked to replace used Glasses disposable plastic glasses of 100ml were provided. When asked for Proper glasses they replied that the restaurant does give Glasses. Please check only if it is suitable for you.

Poorly maintained rooms, especially bathroom. Need a lot of improvement in upkeep. Airconditioner was positioned away from the main bed and cooling took longer. Switches would fall off or stop working, including the lift buttons (refer photo). Room service is slow Below average restaurant. The only restaurant where 1 litre bottled water is charged 50% more than MRP! No proper parking and zero provision for driver's residence. We had to let the driver use our bathroom for basic necessities. Overall unpleasant experience. Not recommended!!

To Old property. Basic Hygiene zero. Toiletries not available. Bad sheet too bad. Wallpaper removed from the wall. May be not manage my click Hotel Groups

Do not book this hotel by seeing online photos. At night 12.30 we check in . Though we booked room from morning they were not able to allocate one room which is properly clean or AC is working properly. 3 times we change room but all room was horrible compare to photos which they updated on their site. In every room any issue is there like AC not working or not properly clean

Rooms were big and clean... It was a very nice stay... Mr Pravin and Entire staff was very cooperative. Would like to visit again

The Hotel is located in a busy street. We stayed overnight as a stopover in this hotel. If you are going to book here, pls be aware what to expect. It's not a luxurious hotel. It is a budget hotel. The staff however is quite co-operative. Our room was on the 2nd floor, the maintenance & cleanliness is not that up to the mark, also there is a lot of noise of the road due to which it's difficult to sleep. But when we requested the Staff they moved us to 4th Floor where the room was relatively new and better cleanliness and maintenance there. The photos on website by the hotel is somewhat misleading or probably taken when the hotel was new as the rooms are now not as maintained as shown in the pics. So overall it was okay as we just spent the night there.

I recently had a pleasant experience staying at a click hotel by suba Jamnagar. The staff members ( especially bhaveshbhai) were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. They went out of their way to assist me with any inquiries or requests I had, which enhanced my overall stay. Despite the affordability of the hotel, the staff's dedication to customer service truly stood out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the city and access nearby attractions. I was impressed by the value for money that this hotel offered and would recommend it to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable stay with excellent staff support.

We stayed here in December '23. The hotel is located in Jamnagar market. Room is enough for a family of 4 people. Dinner was good, breakfast was average. You can travel by auto to Lakhota lake and palace. But for a good meal outside, you have to travel for some distance.
