The Royal Castle Resort & Convention Center

The royal castle resort is a very good resort. We got married here and I really liked it. The food here is very good and the service is also good. The staff is very good. The restaurant is very cool staff . Sooryakant Dubey. We want to tell all the guests that they should get married in this resort and bring the family here for the weekend. It is a lot of fun. The swimming pool is very big and it is a lot of fun.

Horrible experience Despite having booked the room in advance, there was no staff present at the resort when I arrived. A lone room boy at the reception showed us an extremely unhygienic room. The bathroom was in terrible condition--unclean, foul-smelling, and with a broken jet spray. There were no basic amenities like water or toiletries provided. When we requested a different room due to the unacceptable hygiene standards, we were told there were no other rooms available. However, it was clearly evident that the resort was largely vacant. Upon further insistence, we were given another excuse: that the cleaning staff had gone home and the other rooms weren't ready. We asked to speak to the manager, but were told she was not answering her calls. After several attempts, we finally managed to reach the manager. Initially, she was reluctant to help and only responded after we mentioned cancelling the booking. She eventually passed the issue on to someone else, stating she wasn't in a position to make decisions. Another staff member then arrived and, upon hearing our concerns, dismissed them as "not serious." After some back and forth, he agreed to show us another room, which turned out to be even worse than the first. Left with no other option, we had to reluctantly settle for a subpar room. This entire ordeal ruined our visit and made the money spent feel completely wasted. After a long drive from Delhi, we were expecting a clean and peaceful place to rest, but instead, we waited nearly two hours just to get a basic room. To make matters worse, we were later denied basic services, including food. Additionally, the pictures of the property on your platform are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property.

Royal Castle Resort is a very nice hotel, I enjoyed eating there and the service of the restaurant is also very good, it is a very big restaurant, the gardens are also very big, it is a very good hotel for weddings as well, looking at the villa of the resort, it seems as if we have come to some hill resort, come with family, kids also have a lot of fun

This stay was pretty good, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was a good enough size, they provide 2 swimming pools. The staff were fairly friendly, restaurant service was too good.i highly recommend this resort for your stay

Prob 1-Most rooms stink with the toilet smell. Prob 2-They do not share correct Wifi credentials and they give lame reason that the WIFI server is down(this is not correct as the WIFI name shows up when the device searches for the available WIFI devices around), the manager there is cold, nonchalant and also rude. Prob 3-No first aid and basic medicine like ORS. I attended the wedding of my cousin here and had not so good experience. The waiters, waitresses, the receptionist in the night is amazing, they go extra miles to help and assisting the guests. Example the receptionist in the night gave away his personal medicine (ENO) when one of the guests was feeling uneasy due to gastritis
