Richas is the one of the best hotel and restaurant in this area, the rate are comparatively good. Ac and non AC rooms are available here. The rooms was neet and clean, in the second floor the water flow was low, and the phone was not working. Otherwise all are good. Good service from the staff, good behaviour and timely service. The restaurant was very good. Good taste and quality, enough quantity also. At very good price

Nice and clean. Well maintained hotel area. is also very nice. Restaurant service is excellent.foods is very delicious as per customer requirements.Staff very co-operative and helpful nature. Guests is feeling very friendly and not filled alone. Parking facility is also superb. Car washing area is also available.

Not a good hotel staff is not supportive of going through online so please confirm once hotel accepted your booking or not. Because when customer visit for check in they says all rooms are sold out we can accept your booking but they also offer offline booking on higher price compare to online booking.

Good service and Test full Food

I was here on Corporate booking, At the time of check in hotel asked for security deposit, Just due to not communicate with them by their manager, Moreover, they keep room keys in lock and leave room open entire day while i was not in the hotel, Completely untrained staff, My booking was done via CONECTSTAY and hotel staff keep calling me for payment status thrice in a day, when i extended stay asked to hotel the same that my stay is extended for 1 day, Hotel keep calling me we haven't any information like that you have to pay n all, instead of checking with booking agent, Wrost experience ever had

Nice well maintained rooms, well behaved and courteous staff, nice place to stay in Halol. The restaurant here, also serves good food. If visiting Halol stay @ Richa's palace.
