Banyan Hills Resort

We recently stayed at Club Mahindra Pavagadh from 13th to 15th December, and it was a fantastic experience for our family. The resort's ambiance, coupled with exceptional service, made our weekend truly memorable.||A special thanks to Amandeep for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the activities in the Kids Zone, which were engaging and well-organized.||The quality of food was impressive, both for dinner and breakfast. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We would especially like to thank the chef for curating Jain meals for us based on our request.||Additionally, the room amenities were exceptional. We were particularly impressed with the private pool in our room, which added a luxurious touch to our stay and provided a wonderful space for relaxation and family fun.||Overall, our stay at Club Mahindra Pavagadh was delightful, and we look forward to visiting again.

Highly disappointed with services. 1: it tooks 1hr only for check in formalities. 2: No telecom service, reason festival season is going on so wireman not coming. 3: Without intercom how we can connect the reception or room service. 4: Wash room flush not working, after so many follow-up they came and even after the problems unresolved. 5: Food quality and taste not good.. They charged 1800/- per person for single meal..and after paying the same U didn't get that quality taste and options to eat. 6: No shower towels near swimming pool and for the same you have to do multiple follow ups. 7:

This hotel or resort is now Club Mahindra Pavagadh Resort. Very well maintained and well managed. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Back side Rooms are pretty good size and providing view of Pavagadh temple. Swimming pool is of decent size and is at a height from ground. The reason to give 1 star less, plantation of bigger trees providing shade is needed throughout resort (parking, walkways etc.) otherwise this resort will be very hot during summer.

The resort is under maintained. Only horticulture is up to the mark, rest of the facilities aren't working. Neither child park area or adult indoors facilities. Staff is courteous but with a very limited menu option. It feels unsatisfactory during breakfast, so no option is available for hot food. The manager tries to calm you by giving you extra bread-jam-butter and watermelon juice even though you don't want them.

We planned our Team Outing of 15 people with 9-5 package. Our team were very Happy and Satisfied with the Property which was full of Greens around, well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our Breakfast, Lunch and Hi-Tea. It was fulfilling and upto the mark. Big space allowed us to play cricket and execute team activities. Evening view of Sunset was Breath-taking. I personally enjoyed Pink Lady drink and Strawberry ice-cream. Swimming Pool was clean. Kids garden, Field Ludo and Chess were property attraction. Staff was humble and cooperative. We had an Amazing day.

We around 50 family members booked for a full day Breakfast to Dinner Package. It was an amazing experience with the best location, wonderful food, and good service from the whole team. Combing all things I can say this, the 5 star experience and all family members were delighted to have an enjoyable Sunday.

The Banyan Hills Resorts. It was fantastic view from my room to see pavagadh temple clearly. For couples and family it was great to spend your time easily with good vibes. Highly recommended go n enjoy
