we had a good stay and a pleasant experience at the TAJ Gandhinagar . The staff welcoming was some amzing and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the food -- it was delicious, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider returning in the future I wiold like to mention Miss.Renu event mangers was so helpfull and had good time

I visited Taj Hotel Gandhinagar on my sister's birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind they made us feel so special. Not only were they attentive and polite, but they also arranged a beautiful birthday celebration that made the day even more memorable. Their warm hospitality and efforts to make everything perfect truly stood out. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Taj for making it so special!

The moment we got down from our cab, we were greeted by the security Guard Mr. Kundan who said one interesting Gujrati riddle.||We were escorted to the Reception area by one of the Security In Charge.||On entering the Reception we were greeted by Ms. Mayuri Janye with Aarti & Garland.||She made us sit at one of the softest couch to complete the formalities; where Mr. Utkarsh Shah took the photograph of our id proofs.||As soon as Ms. Mayuri & Mr. Utkarsh came to know that we were going to stay for 4 Nights; they immediately upgraded us from Deluxe Room to Deluxe Suite.||Mr. Utkarsh escorted us to our Room and explained about the amenities available in the Suite and whom to be contacted as per the requirements.||At the Palette restaurant, Ms. Nayana & Ms. Kika made sure that we have hassle free experience at either lunch or dinner or breakfast.||Mr. Ganesh at the restaurant made sure that we have alternatives available in breakfast when it was Ala Carte instead of Buffet. ||He arranged for Fresh ABC Juice and also got prepared Cheesy Pasta for both of my Kids.||Special thanks to Mr. Sharma & JayVeer (First-Aid Expert) for guiding us well when my wife got injured in her eye. They gave us the details of Doctors and nearby Hospitals and also made arrangement for the vehicle.||Overall, a very unique experience.||Both my kids and my wife simply loved the Hospitality of the staff and have informed me that henceforth they would be only going to Taj Hotels for more memorable experience.||Thanks Taj Gandhinagar for your lovely Hospitality.

Utkarsh and Mayuri were incredibly supportive. Kika at the restaurant was a great help in keeping our baby engaged. Staying at the Taj was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, the grandeur and elegance of the hotel made us feel like royalty. The warm welcome, impeccable service, and attention to detail created an experience that was both luxurious and deeply personal.

Our Rotary club Palanpur city organised a District event on 26/27 April,2025. We booked 75 rooms for one night 2 days for same . Problem started from first day||1. We received all the rooms after continuous follow up, at 5.15 pm as many of the rooms were occupied by some marriage group.Our inaugural function became delayed due to this reason.||2. Dinner was served but some items were not hot and service was not proper.||3. On second day they have booked whole hotel for marriage group. At about 12 noon, they have removed baggage, open baggage from some rooms without informing guests and kept in reception lounge. We have hot discussion with authorities. We intended to call police authority but after their apology, we have put down the idea.||4 . They have no ability to clean and deliver rooms in time so they couldn't give rooms to next day marriage group and told them that our group has not checked out rooms. So they came to us where our conference was held in one of halls. They make big noice and interrupted our conference. This was due to mis information given to them to save hotel authority.||In staff Mr Yash is most cunning and uncooperative fellow.||Receptionist services is really hopeless||Overall our experience was very horrible with hotel and authority.||Please think thousand times to book this hotel

Had an absolutely incredible stay at Taj Spa & Resort, Gandhinagar! The property is stunning, with elegant interiors and world-class amenities. But what truly sets it apart is the amazing hospitality--every staff member was warm and welcoming. A special mention to Vaibhav, who went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. His attentiveness and service were truly exceptional! One of the highlights of our stay was the couple spa--it was something out of the box and simply amazing! A must, must try for anyone visiting. If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and top-notch service, this place is an absolute must-visit!

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn't particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity--there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay in Taj Gandhinagar;I had a great time over there & experienced the best hospitality shown by the staff and provided the excellent services. |Breakfast was really awesome with multiple options. |Overall it was spot on!
