Very bad service. Used blankets, no proper room service, no sanitation, rude staff, no hot water and at tines no water at all. No value for money. Not recommended at all.

The rooms were decent, clean room, clean bathroom with hot water. Service however You can't smoke in the room, if found smoking a 500 rupee penalty, You can't eat anything in the room, from the hotel or outside ( strictly no foods allowed) so no room service... Upon asking the management replies rudely stay if you want leave if you don't!! I get it it's their policy and what not but there's a way to deliver messages The food in their restaurant was average enough..

The hotel forgot to provide basic service - hot water. Good luck staying here.

First the location is easily reachable, less than one km from the railway station and bust stand as well, if you are coming by bus you will get the stop in front of the hotel only. Regarding hotel facilities, good room infrastructure is neat and clean. Staff is supportive. Since it's a new construction all equipment like AC lights working fine. Window view is good there is gardon in front of hotel and swaminarayan temple in walking distance, I feel like home there The hotel owner is very kind and supportive.

Recently stayed at Grand Shiva hotel in Gondal and had a great experience. The was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it others.

This is undoubtedly the best budget friendly hotel in Gondal. Rooms are clean, they also have a restaurant. The staff is nice. I stayed here with my family for a day when we were on a road trip.

I just went here for dinner few times.. I ordered gujarati thali and Punjabi thali (they don't stop serving until you are full). very affordable and quality food if you staying alone in the city.
