Worst experience. I would've given it a negative rating but sadly it only take least of 1 star. Had paid for deluxe room including breakfast. Rooms are of very low quality hotels for the price of 3 star. It is way further to reach for 1 star hotel. For breakfast they just gave us 2 bread with butter (tbey said so) can't find butter on the bread. Tea was so bad I have to ask them to bring tea from outside. I thought rooms would be cleaner and good to stay if I upgrade to premium or suite but they all are same pungent smell in all the rooms just the premium and suite had more carpet area. Washrooms were unhygienic, looks like they don't clean them regularly. Connection for television is not there they just hung the TV on wall for display. Staff behavior is not good, they don't even know how to answer they just look you straight in the eye unanswered when asked for good room, food or anything else. The lock on my room is too rusty, it took me 10 minutes to lock and the worst part is to open the door, I've spent 15 minutes opening it, have to ask some guys help to open. A deluxe room in a 3 star hotel for Rs. 2100 including breakfast, I thought some decent hygienic room with not much but a clean washroom (not a lavish room with fancy things), not 3 course meal but something like poha (not some bread pieces without butter) or anything light breakfast with tea (not a cup of under boiled water with hardly a spoon of milk drink). Just unhygienic hotel with terrible food and under qualified staff and off course including the chef because he didn't know how a bread butter should be. Way Worst that worst experience staying here. I will never ever staying here anymore and will never suggest anyone to stay here for even 600. If you are paying for something you need it to be price worthy but this hotel is not worth it's 1/3rd price they charge. And yes thats what a 400 breakfast looks like. You can see in photos

Very nice hotel in the heart of city,near bus stand.neat & clean rooms, passages. Well maintained.with spacious rooms & bathrooms.good & fast service.only bad thing wash basins & toilet camods were very dirty as if not cleaned since years,though bathrooms were clean.lift facilit ois available.

It was a business trip and there was no availability of rooms in other hotels hence one of my friends recommend this hotel to me. Old property so interior of room seems very old. However it is quite good if we compare with tariff of hotel, Rs. 450 is for Non AC and Rs. 750 is for AC. thanks..........

if you want to stay on low budget with a good room go and select the Deluxe room.. good service.

Dirtiest hotel. Location and surrounding area are very bad. Garbage area and slums are adjourning to hotel. Toilet are utmost dirty and worse than any other public convenience. Other normal facilities are also very third class. Bucket & Mugs kept in Bathroom are so dirty and full of rust all around. Liquor & bear bottles are easily seen in balcony. Wall plaster, paint & doors of bathroom are damaging badly and full of rust. Not at all hygienic for 1%. Bed comforters (Blankets) are having dirty smell (odors). Hotel Staff are not courtesy towards their customers. Very rude in talking, behaving like they are owner of a 5 star hotel Not recommend even for a hour. Can't even eligible for one star also. Don't book this hotel on any travel agency sites.

Good location super rooms nice staff.only thing missing is restorent.they arrange tifin but it's not that great food bit satisfactory
