Hotel Sammati (Pure Veg)

We never stayed. We are going several times here for food because the food is very delicious. Specially we liked Dal-tadka which is little bit spicy in taste. Normally it's a favourite destinations of truck drivers but for family they have made a different place to sit and take food. Ultimately, it's a nice place for food.

I can't rate for a room as I'm just paasby the restaurant and stop for a meal. Due to it's quite late now, they were closing when I have arrived with ny indian driver. However, the restaurant owner agreed to let us in after my indian driver negotiate with them. Foods are nice, services are great, prices are reasonable too! Must order their butter cheese chapatti and their butter lassi. Muuuaaaa very nice taste overall.

Hotel is good and staff behaviour is also good. But test wise avarage because I felt something strange coming from the Punjabi sabji. maybe it's frozen food. But it's ok. All good

The staff and supervisor are one of the most unprofessional ones I have misfortune to deal with. Yesterday we specifically ordered fresh tea made for us;we agreed to pay extra charges for this service. They served regular tea probably made an hour ago. When we raised our concern, the supervisor gave us a look full of anger, disrespect and violence. He was not at all ready to arrange a fresh tea for us. He gave an instructions to the staff to replace the tea as if he was doing a great favour to us for which we were not at all eligible. The staff gave us tea after 30 minutes and it was the same old one. They charged us extra for the tea also. They ruined my Sunday vibes. Just having modern infrastructure and amenities does not make any place great, how you serve and treat your customers has a lasting impact. Very pathetic and third grade service.

Food was good. service was fast. They were using a mobile app to take orders which was efficient way, causing the captain to always attend customer request immediately. Food was served hot and good amount of potions.
