Treebo Blue Moon

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.The room was dusty. Corridor was durty and smelling badly, which made staying uncomfortable. There was no set-top box to operate the TV, making it completely unusable. There were no towels provided in the bathroom, and even basic amenities like tea, coffee, and sugar pouches were not placed in the room. The payment was made including breakfast, but the breakfast is provided by a street vendor who only arrives after 9:00 AM as there is no in-house kitchen facility. This is highly inconvenient, especially for guests who need to leave early or have morning plans. If you're looking for timely meals or proper facilities, this hotel is not the right choice. There are many other options in the same price range that offer better cleanliness, comfort, and service.Overall, I would not recommend staying here due to the poor service and lack of basic hospitality and *Treebo* platform also.

Disappointing Experience - Breakfast Not Served on Time The hotel claims that breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I started calling the reception at 8:27 AM, trying multiple times without any response. Left with no option, I contacted MakeMyTrip support at 8:53 AM to raise the issue. Shortly after ending the call, at 9:03 AM, a hotel staff member brought a single plate of poha, which was clearly insufficient for a normal breakfast. (They buy it from a street vendor) As a guest, I wasn't there just to stay in the room -- I had to attend a conference at 9:30 AM, and had planned to leave the hotel by 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, breakfast was served after that time, and in a quantity that didn't meet basic expectations. This reflects poor service and a lack of attention to guest schedules. I hope Makemytrip /treebo ensures better accountability from such hotel partners in the future.

*** FRAUD *** I booked this hotel through booking.com. There were a couple of issues, especially cleanliness. But also some good parts. I would have given the hotel maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10. But what happened afterwards was really bad. They wanted to take a picture of my confirmation number from the app. Unbeknownst to me this picture also had the pin. With this information they were able to post a 10 star review under my name on booking com. So be aware probably most of the 5 star Google reviews and most of the 10 star booking.com reviews for this hotel are fake.

The room we checked in was having small insects on bed then we have to change the room. In the morning the breakfast they offered was not what they show on the website. They gave poha, I think which was bought from a street vendor. Drinking packaged water bottle was also not provided. No coffee aur tea bags were provided and on asking the reception said these treebo have not given them these bags. Additional the rooftop restaurant is also not operational.

Worst hotel Everything is disgusting and 0 % cleanliness Worst service Don't trust 4-5 stars review they are doing it by themselves.

Awesome Experience. Staff is awesome and cleanliness is awesome. They clean everyday and you can get anything at anytime you ask.

Good stay..room spacious bathroom clean. Hotel location main road. Near by dominos. Breakfast included. Friendly staff

Had an amazing experience in this property. Lovely staff and services. Bfast is good too.. what i like most is surrounding for morning walk... And yeah awesome near by restaurants.. you must visit this hotel to exp it and I m sure you will enjoy it... Great going guys.
