The images of the hotel are totally misleading. The hotel is very untidy, in fact it is stinking. The floors are broken. The TV are removed out of rooms and only cables are visible. The bathrooms are in very distressed situation. I booked the hotel because it was close to the exhibition centre. I paid in advance, but after reaching the hotel, I found out the pathetic situation of the hotel and I asked for the cancellation of my booking, but the hotel owner refused to cancel the booking. So, I left without getting anything back from the hotel and booked another hotel for my stay.

I had the misfortune of getting a booking in this hotel . It came as a booking of Cambhay sapphire. I booked it under that impression. THis hotel is currently under renovation without any decent rooms. Still they had the audacity to charge Rs.4000 per night. When I reached, the place was in shambles, carpets overturned, no working restaurant. The manager , a female disappeared immediately after leaving me to the clutches of an attender. I ended up going to a different hotel. I weeks later, I am still fighting to get my money back. I believe they have poor ethics to accept booking during this stage trying to pass off as a 4 star. Very bad. This is the current state of thta that hotel.

Infrastructure is excellent. Cleanlyness is fine..Food quality is super. Enjoyed swimming pool. All staff honest, room service isalso very good. One must stay hear.

We had a pre-booked room for 2 days for which we paid before hand due to which we were bound to stay for 2 days here. The services are pathetic. They do not have WiFi services although they claim of having them. The staff is rude n unhelpful Response of the staff hot water extra charge . The bedsheets were stained and rooms are very dull as there are hardly any lights. Bathrooms are pathetic. Toilet is dirty and washbasin is broken. Overall don't stay at this hotel . Complete waste of money.

First of all the staff is too rude has no empathy towards the customers. Owner Suman mam ne check out time Check in time price one night 2500 Check out time 20 minutes late 1000 extra payment pay Kiya Property is not clean as in the pictures .Swimming pool is dirty ,room doors has there latch broken ,staff is not helpful at all. Definitely not a good place to stay .

Minimum to give 1 star is also not a worth. Pathetic hotel. Unhygenic place to stay. Worst and rude staff. Specially those who on reception. On the name of sky imperial they are giving lodge type atmosphere. No telephones in rooms, no room services. Breakfast is more worst compare to all of above. Kindly do not visit by looking property pictures. You will be very much disappointing
