The Fern Residency, Gandhinagar

My recent stay at The Fern, Gandhinagar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team extended heartfelt hospitality that truly enhanced our experience. Special thanks to Mrs. Pratima, Executive Manager, whose professionalism and personal attention ensured a seamless and memorable stay. Mrs. Tamarins, Senior Associate, greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout, making us feel right at home. And a big appreciation for Mr. Pavan, the bell boy, for his prompt assistance and cheerful demeanor. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the overall ambiance of the hotel exuded comfort and elegance. Every interaction with the staff reflected genuine care and attentiveness, making our stay both joyful and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gandhinagar -- we look forward to returning soon!

We visited Amara restaurant at The Fern Residency in Gandhinagar for their dinner buffet. While the buffet options were somewhat limited, the quality and taste of the food made up for it. Everything we tried was well-prepared and flavorful. The highlight for us was definitely the traditional Indian sweets - absolutely delicious! A pleasant dining experience overall.

Fern Residency hotels have ALWAYS lived upto their name. Fern has always proved to be a good choice for me in multiple cities. Easy-to-reach location, from Gandhinagar bypass. The hotel interiors are upscale and the staff is warm & friendly. The rooms were of decent size, very clean, excellently furnished. Reuseable Water bottle refills included without charge, and that is a thoughtful gesture. The toiletries included Slippers, Shaving Kit, Dental Kit, Laundry Bag, Body Lotion. The food was excellent in taste, not oily. The breakfast spread offered decent choice and all food, juices and milk beverages were well made.

The hotel is well-maintained and has nice, spacious rooms with well-done interiors. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, including Gujarati, South Indian, and English dishes. For lunch, we tried the same restaurant and ordered a pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was not properly baked, and the sauce was excessively sweet and almost inedible. The French fries were also undercooked. The garlic bread had garlic pieces all over it, which was an unusual and unappetizing topping. Despite these food issues, we didn't reconsider our stay. The location of the hotel is a bit off from the main market area, which is only about a kilometer away, so that didn't pose a significant problem for us. The hotel does offer guest parking inside, which was convenient.

The fern residency - Gandhinagar Very new and beautiful property. Rooms are very beautifully done. And rooms size is good. Location of the hotel is very centrally. Everything is just near by Food was good we tried room service as well as morning breakfast we enjoyed our food. Staff is very cooperative and very helpful. All over good experience to stay here.

We enjoyed the hospitality and services offered by the staff. They were very attentive, friendly and prompt. The food was ok though. We enjoyed the sevai Upma, idli, omelette, tea and coffee, but the dosa was sweet and Uthappa was under proofed.

KEEP IT LIMITED TO BUSINESS VISITS! The rooms are clean and room service is good. Transport is easily available from just a few meters away. Edit 1: I stayed here for total 7 days and the staff refused to extend the checkout time by mere 1 hour. Keep this in mind if you are here for leisure / holiday and IMO stay extremely punctual or avoid visiting the hotel altogether for personal visit.I will try Fortune Select next to see if this happens there too!
