Perfect Bungalow

I recommend people NOT to book this stay. It was the worst experience with the owner/caretaker. We were promised a very hygienic, clean, and safe stay, but none of those criteria were met. Even after a late check-in, the stay that was given to us was not ready and dusty, which turned our feet black after pacing a few steps. There were stains and spider webs on the walls and dusty beds. There was no electricity when we entered and as we checked the apartment, there was no water supply in one of the bathroom, not even in the jet sprays, which made it really uncomfortable to use. When we had asked for all these ammenities, we were advised to adjust to it and stay in that place, which was priced so high for no reason--I mean, they didn't even provide any facility for the money they charged. When we asked for a refund of the stay, the owner argued, and we were being falsely accused of cooking stories and harming and disturbing their mental health, despite the fault on their end, even the security could evidently look at the mess in the house.

We had a horrible experience with the owner/care taker. Firstly when our friend tried checking in at 12:00 pm he was denied access to the apartment and rather asked him to stay at his house which was 15 kms away. When we arrived at 7 in the night, he again gave another reason that there Is no electricity in the apartment so he will get it fixed by morning and expected us to stay with him at his house. We were 3 girls and 2 boys. We bloody paid for our comfort, why would we trust him and go stay a night at his house. Wasn't he suppose to take care of all the amenities before the guests arrive? we also checked in late in the evening He had quite enough time to get things fixed before the actual check in time which is 12 pm and not 7 pm. It was unacceptable. Later when we actually entered the apartment - it was really dirty, we could feel the dust on our feet as we walked around the apartment. There were spider webs, stained walls, dust below and behind the beds. The heater was not working. There was no water in one of the washrooms. Not even in the jet spray. It was very uncomfortable to use. He was very rude and when we requested him to charge us for a day and refund for the rest of the days. He fought, there was an argument We also have it on camera that he agreed to settle the next day. But ofc that dint happen He played a disappearing act. Tried calling him almost around 50 times After a day passed, we had no option but to go try meeting him at his house. He was not there is what his family claims. The daughter was even more rude, she tried hitting my friend with slippers and when they firmly stood up for themself and waited to meet the owner she also falsely accused my friends for a harassment case just to get away with this. The police was involved who also mentioned that this is not the first time. They had scammed people in the past but only because of their high post in airforce/army they misused it a couple of times. How ever good is his background and post, he was a horrible character and don't know how to treat people. They could have just refunded us and made it easier for everyone but trying to hit my friends and involving police for a harassment case made us take this drastic steps.

Worst place. I would have chosen zero star if there is an option. I've never seen such hosts in my life. They are very greedy. Initially they showed us one area and after payment they took us to another room. All the windows and doors to the balcony were locked intentionally. When we requested them to open they gave some wierd reasons. Our room didn't have a lock(intentionally). Pathetic thing about them is they keep entering our room in our absence. They kept on knocking the room multiple times with reasons like use water limitedly, use electricity carefully, don't litter in the room etc,etc. Terrible experience!!!

Not good for staying at this place. Unprofessional Owner behaviour, way of talking like immature, waste of money , blackmailing, without permission enter her room

Very poor service and owner is so rude...bads are so small..you can't sleep comfortably.i don't know why they charge so much amount.they mentioned breakfast included but you will get only two breads with Jem and tea.worst experience...won't recommend to anyone
