Hotel Vivan

Checked out a few rooms of this hotel. Dirty rooms and linen, haven't seen dirtier pillows ever. Seems like there is no maintenance whatsoever. Staff is not professional either.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel and the staff the owner is good but not the staff. They were drinking and smoking in the rooms. Photos on MakeMyTrip were very different from the reality of the location and room. Had to cancel the booking at the end moment when I was there but the owner helped me in doing that. Please change your staff.

One of my most pathetic stays ever. The room stinks with dampness and the plaster was coming off walls of the room. The bathrooms seemed constructed in the 20th century and are dirty with chutki spits here and there. Room walls were stamped with various kinds of stains. Sheets and covers were also dirty. The reception staff is not at all courteous. An absolute no.

Proximity to Location (GIFT City) and food options below the hotel are worth it. The hotel is in its poorest form, unclean, poor service, no breakfast as posted in many booking sites. You must call the staff here to arrange for breakfast, tea or coffee, only then they are served.

Reached@1am but the owner was damn helpful...and location was bagon. Quality of AC was poor but Ok to stay for 1 night.

Dirty is not the word.. this hotel is filthy. I let go of the money and moved to another place .

I stayed in dormitory...good to stay solo with 400 rs only
