Hotel Vibrant-Gandhinagar

I'd give negative rating if it was upto me. Don't waste your time here. total fraudulent hotel this is. I booked online for 2 days and when I reached there, they said there is no hotel in this name ( now the new fraudulent hotel stands as TULSI PALACE hotel) WHAT A WASTE!!!!!???

I have booked the hotel via OYO, chargewise affordable. But since this hotel is located at a 35 years old gandhinagar building it doesn't have a lift and worst part the hotel staffs don't assist you with your heavy luggage to your room, you have to climb the 2nd floor with your heavy luggage and then they will assist you. Moreoever the rooms are quite small. For cleanliness i can give 6 out 10.

Let's go step by step for the review. Location: It just requires little deviation from the main road and easy to locate. Near to Mahatma Mandir and Sachivalaya (Gujarat Assembly). Surrounding: There are several hotel surrounding to this so you may get options here. A HDFC bank branch is also near at walking distance so in emergency you don't have to go far away to find an ATM. Complex and Cleanliness: This is the point where this hotel is lacking and requires big time improvements, if you are looking for a neat and clean hotel like one with 3+ stars then you might have to find other options Staff: Staff is quite helpful and nice and would be great to be at your service. Hope it would be helpful.

Rooms are very small in size, not clean also, late service, no breakfast options even it was complimentary. No lift, and this place is at second floor. So, worst option for senior citizens. Entry is bit confusing. Also, they will not let you keep room keys with you at the time of your stay. Very bad experience

Worst Experience ever. Pathetic Staff and Service. They don't even fix broken stuffs. Unclean rooms. Irresponsible. Wouldn't advice anyone to stay there.

ok place . i was with my friend and we were charged 1200 rs for a night for an ac Room. They have a restraunt too and is its only plus point. also you won't get many hotels in Gandhinagar.. it is a village in disguise of a city.

i stayed 3rd time in this hotel.... i found that the owner is hungryfor money, rude n non cooperative ... Hotel staff are also d same n lazy.... wht I learned from dis hotel is hotel doesn't mean nice rooms.... i suggest to look for another hotels nearby.

It is wrong to cancel booking of anyone due to struggle between you and OYO, the only one which bears is the customer. Downrated from 4 to 2 star dew to above reason.
