"I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away! The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping guests. It felt like they didn't care about customer satisfaction at all. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures shown online. Basic amenities were either missing or broken, and when I raised concerns, the staff ignored me or provided excuses instead of solutions. To make matters worse, the owner was equally unhelpful and dismissive of all complaints, showing no sense of responsibility or willingness to improve the service. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else where you'll be treated with respect and get the service you deserve!"

The hotel and it's ambience is too good . Also the staff Ravi , imran everyone has been very friendly. And mostly the owner yash is very kind and hospitable towards the guests. I highly recommend everyone to stay here in case your in gandhinagar.

There is a good hotel to stay in, and the rooftop is nice, but they don't have their own kitchen. The hotel's elevator shuts down at midnight, and their staff isn't very responsive. I asked them to confirm a booking over the phone, and they said they would call back, but I never received a call. When I went to the hotel, they told me there were no rooms available as the hotel was fully booked.
