Hotel Siddharth inn

The hotel is located 2 km away from Mahatma Mandir. Rooms at hotel is spacious with complimentary breakfast. The spread of breakfast is good. It's neat and clean hotel. You cannot find any shopping center near by.

If any chance to give the rating in minus so this hotel deserves. They accept the online booking without any checking the availability of rooms in the hotel and during the check-in time of customer they does not allow to the customer for entry. They are not managing the online property properly, booking the online rooms in discounted price and after that they denied to provide the room after seeing the rush in the hotel.

The hotel is charging extra money for the stay. The room was booked using a hotel booking platform, but the property is asking for the money upfront and not as per the tariff shown on the platform but their standard rates, which is higher. Overall the stay was good enough.

We stayed here for three days , the staff is extremely rude , they don't have any management skills specially the one in reception, the rooms are good but in bathroom the lock wasn't working and no drainer so the waters goes everywhere in the room , ONE BIG INCIDENT THAT HAPPENED WAS , when I checked out the staff showed me so called "stains" on sheets which were there before we came also (they allowed food in the room) and try to scam us to get extra money , they've this very money filthy mindset even ordering tea on the phone they spoke so rudely ki "turant paise dena padega tabhi milega" very disgusting place no care about the customer no hospitality also they make you pay 50% extra to get early check in even for an hour ( as I said money filths) .

I had a confirmed booking at this hotel through Goibibo, but upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that the hotel refused to honor the reservation. Instead, they rudely demanded that I speak to Goibibo's customer support and ask them to pay an additional amount they claimed was "pending." This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The whole point of booking through a platform like Goibibo is to avoid such hassles. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and it was clear they had no intention of resolving the issue themselves. I ended up wasting precious time trying to sort out their mess, and their lack of accountability ruined the start of my trip. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn't care about its customers or commitments.

Hotel was nice . Arrangement was not good when we visited. Its an one type of business meeting but the AC in hall was not working properly. We cannot found charging plug in hall at basement. Other wise breakfast and lunch was averagely good also sitting arrangement and sitting area also good. Parking facilities was not much good as per my view.
