Hotel Shiv Inn

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shiv inn, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile and promptness. The room was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, with tasteful decor, a super comfortable bed, and clean room. The attention to detail was evident in every corner--from the high-end toiletries to the thoughtfully arranged amenities.I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. I highly recommend Shiva inn for anyone seeking stress-free stay. It's the perfect combination of elegance, convenience, and personalized service.

Its not a good hotel. We had to book it as our other booking was cancelled due to event in Akshardham. We checked in late at around 8.40pm , but the rooms were not prepared. Toilet not clean. Geyser had been taken out so no hot water. The room service boy said all are under repair so they will provide heating rod. Not a good hotel to stay put. Won't recommend it.

I went to Gandhinagar for an exam at NID and stayed here. It is 1.2 km from NID Gandhinagar. From the airport this hotel is around 45 minutes driving distance. Really good hotel, big room, well maintained and Clean. Enough wardrobes with a central table and comfy sofa and a chair. Really amazing bathroom well ventilated, Clean and fresh and even a working Geezer . There was a Working TV and a working AC and a very soft bed. Free wifi is available and very quiet place with D mart at 1min walking distance, so very nice.

Shockingly Hostile and Unprofessional I am utterly appalled by the treatment we received at Shiv Inn. My girlfriend and I were abruptly asked to check out due to reasons that were clearly discriminatory and illegal. Such behavior is not only unethical but also a blatant violation of basic human rights. To be forced to leave a place of accommodation without any prior notice or explanation is unacceptable. The staff's conduct was rude, unprofessional, and caused immense inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to reconsider. Their actions are a disgrace to the hospitality industry and a stain on the city's reputation. I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities.

I am staying here twice.. the room are very comfortable and nice .. the workers and owner are friendly and helpful..please give it a try .. plus the location is reachable

I had one of my worst experience of stay here. They didn't let my own sister visit me in my room for more than 10 minutes even though I showed them enough evidence that she is my own sister, even when I raised my voice against it they said you can check out if you have problem and the rooms weren't clean at all. I would neither suggest anyone nor recommend anyone to stay here .

Worst place to stay ever. Don't ever come to this hotel as the staff won't even care about you not they clean room. Even when you complaint about cleaning and garbage stuff they won't clean the room and speaks rudely to you. They also speak offensive stuffs in their regional language thinking we can't understand that. Though hotel me look new but there's nothing to live in here. Staff treated us like we are living here for free out of charity. They'll give excuses about everything that they can't do even for cleaning and water. If you're thinking to book a room please don't, you'll be really happy anywhere else.
