Hotel Royal Relax

I really don't understand great reviews - they must been added by the staff. The room was not ok - sheets not very clean, remote not working, mold on wall and a water leak in washroom. I woke up with some water in the room. Staff proposed me another room the one in front the reception but I preferred change hotel. Also Wi-Fi was not very good. for the same price I have a way better room at Hotel Green Park

I made a booking at this hotel, then 2 days later they call me and cancel my booking because "Our Hotel is reserved for indians only".

This hotel is very very good and the staff is also very good, they provide free TV and ac all the facilities, it is very safe for couples, the location is also very good, this is also very good, thank you very much
