The rooms at this hotel are genuinely impressive, showcasing a high standard of comfort and cleanliness that stands out in this area. However, my experience with the service left much to be desired. The room service staff seemed notably untrained, displaying a lack of professionalism in their approach to guest interactions. For instance, when delivering bottled water, they would hand it directly to me instead of placing it neatly on the designated surface, which felt quite careless. Similarly, when I opened the door to receive coffee and tea sachets, they were handed directly to me rather than being arranged thoughtfully on a tray. This lack of attention to detail diminished the overall experience, making it feel more like a budget hotel than a place that could truly cater to its guests. Considering the prices charged, which are quite steep for a city like Gandhinagar, the level of service falls significantly short of expectations. Additionally, the food quality was below average, and the prices were exorbitant for what was offered. Overall, while the hotel boasts excellent rooms, the service quality does not align with the cost, making it feel more like an average two-star establishment rather than the higher standard it aspires to.

Hotel is very good, clean the staff is too much cooperative and it's ambience is impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for safety purpose. |It was a beautiful experience to stay there and it's suite is also full of amenities. Must try it to have a comfy journey.

A very comfortable option for business travellers or those wanting a more self contained option.||The separate lounge/kitchenette offers versatility ... It's like having a suite in a hotel. The bed is comfortable, although the bathroom is small and the toilet was leaking on the floor. So footwear required.||The building is kept in good condition and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.||I would happily stay here again.

Our experience here, has been great right from the booking of rooms till checkout. The staff is extremely cooperative and proactive. Great breakfast, felt homely. Location is also top notch with accessibility to great food joints and also has amazing Ola/Uber etc connectivity. Overall, the experience was excellent.

The hotel is excellent. Staff are very good and friendly. Rooms are also excellent with 2 air conditioners - 1 in the bedroom and 2nd in the living room with a kitchenette. Food was excellent as well. Location is good as it is near the restaurants in Gandhinagar and the various farm party plots.
