Nice hotel rooms best staff

The hotel staff is not helpful at all,me and my friend lost keys of our room and came back at 2 at night from a marriage and the hotel staff did not help us at all, they were least bothered about us being stranded and asked us to find another place at night while all our belongings were in the room. All they said was " Let us sleep, its not our problem " Its funny how you pay and still get such disgusting services in Gujrat! Very unprofessional behaviour. Highly disappointed!!

This place is on the third floor of the mall, so take the lift at the backside. A place to spend your night at. I booked a delux room, room was clean but a bit it may feel small for 2 people. Toilet is neat & clean. Their is an AC and a geizure. They don't have a restaurant but you can still get tea & coffee . Don't worry there's a restaurant Urbania below the hotel where you can eat. My only grievance was that their was some sort of construction going on throught the night and I couldn't sleep because of that.

The location is perfect as it is close to the market place. Rooms are clean and the hotel was just built months ago. Staff service is good. They have only tea and coffee service.. For food, you can try a restaurant in the same building or options available in the nearby market.

Nice and Beautiful rooms at reasonable price. Hotel is at prime location and specially terrace of hotel is just wow, having beautiful view of area from it. Shopping complex and food courts are in nearby vicinity, well contacted in terms of transportation.Staff is very humble and friendly.....specially Lokesh bhai...... Thanks alot
