Worst experience ever. I have booked hotel from clear trip and paid full amount in advance. But i reached there and they said We don't have your booking. After waiting me for one hour they said we have your booking. Also service and rooms are worst. Never book this hotel.

Worst experience in this hotel. They will wait you one hour in waiting area if you booked online from any other platform. Keep saying we didn't receive any email for confirmation. When you call service centre and they explained them their device is off from last 2-3 days so didn't received email. What a liar. Never book this hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Green City and I must say that my experience left a lot to be desired. While the initial impression seemed promising, several aspects of my stay were disappointing, ranging from room cleanliness to room service and even the behavior of the receptionists. Upon checking in, I was greeted with a courteous smile by the reception staff. However, as my stay progressed, I noticed a lack of genuine interest in addressing my concerns. The receptionists seemed indifferent and often appeared too preoccupied to provide the level of assistance one would expect from a hospitality establishment. The cleanliness of the room was also an area of concern. While the room appeared tidy at first glance, closer inspection revealed dust accumulation in corners, and the bathroom lacked the pristine cleanliness that is essential for guest comfort. I found myself questioning the thoroughness of the housekeeping team. Room service was another disappointment. The menu offered a variety of options, but the execution fell short of expectations. Orders arrived later than promised, and on more than one occasion, the food was either cold or inaccurately prepared. This significantly affected my overall experience, as dining in the comfort of my room was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. In all honesty, I believe that the potential for a great stay exists within Hotel Green City However, improvements are urgently needed in various areas. From better training for reception staff to meticulous room cleaning protocols and efficient room service procedures, there's ample room for enhancement. It's disheartening to leave a review like this, especially when I had hoped for a memorable stay. I sincerely hope that Hotel Green City takes these criticisms constructively and works towards providing a more positive experience for future guests. In the competitive world of hospitality, attention to detail and guest satisfaction should be paramount, and I'm confident that the necessary improvements will ultimately lead to a better reputation for Hotel Green City. Extremely unhygienic rooms no proper cleaning.. U will find small cockroaches across the rooms.. We had booked 6 rooms for a wedding and all rooms had cockroaches.. Cleaning is also done poorly. Bedsheets and cushions also had stains.. Towels were smelly and unwashed.

Very Bad Place . We booked one rooms in this place for 3 nights in advance fully paid on make my trip. Please don't fall for the pics by make my trip will tell lies and sell the worst room/ hotel at exorbitant prices with breakfast. Very bad experience also when i say i need shaving kit receptionist tell me we don't have shaving kit again next day i asked for shaving kit still they denied after i tell housekeeping men they tell me give me money then i will give you worst experience very bad please don't book

Big rooms, good city view, all electronic items working condition, neat and clean rooms and toilets. King size bed , wardrobe, curtains, remote control fan , ac, tv with all channels. Good breakfast options. All breakfast proper bills are given.Humble and polite hotel staff .

Excellent staff behaviour and room are very clean

Decent basic hotel for a night's stay. Don't have many expectations and you'll be just fine. The restaurant operated by the family on 5th floor is a must try for good food and quality of service. Attended a conference at Mahatma mandir and wanted a place within 10mins distance and this hotel fit my requirements well.
