Hotel CityInn & The Grace Hour

CityInn is definitely a great hotel with a good and cooperative staff. They also allowed us an early check in! It was a bang for our buck. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner but the beds were very very comfortable. Thank you CityInn for hosting us we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

It was a pleasant stay..Good place to rest and have hot breakfast..Very Helpful staff,Comfy bed.We attended the Coldplay concert and stadium was near too.Zomato n Swiggy were quite nearby...everything went smoothly..Nice budget stay for sure

This hotel is on the 4th Floor of the building. We have booked 6 Rooms for 3 Days. The location of the Hotel is prime surrounded by Restaurants. The staff are very polite and the service is super fast, which is a rarity to find in other hotels. The only negative I've seen is the cleanliness. Water was flowing continuously in the closet and the ss fixtures are with scaling. They said that it is because of the salt content in the water. They need to work on removing the scaling in the fixtures and on the food that they serve during the Breakfast.

This hotel will suit your preference if you're keen on staying at a prime location for a short stay... The rooms are fairly clean but I received torn bedding and ants kept crawling up the bed... Other facilities are fine and the staff is also good. Their breakfast is far below the standard, and their check out time is not flexible at all.. I think the pricing only makes sense because of the location and nothing more.

I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. That, to me, was the USP. Also, they were very accommodating to our requirements especially with early breakfast! Will definitely visit again whenever I get a chance! We were at group of 24 people and had booked 12 rooms!

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen. There were bed bugs and different insects on the bed. We change 3 rooms and all of them were in the same condition. Even the blanket was torn. Never ever stay in this hotel.

Generally good. Clean room. Fancy design. Nice staff. You should be ready for Indian food at breakfast. This hotel does not accept international credit cards, so you have to pay cash if you don't have Indian one.

Very bad rooms. And on top of that uncooperative staff. Bed had insects on it, couldn't sleep whole night and left at 6 in the morning. Never go in this garbage hotel.
