Crayon hotels

The staff of Crayon Hotels specially the mentioned below Mr. Samarroha, Rajiv , Samim, Yansula and Khozu is very helpful and cooperative. They listen to your request and deliver the best as always. They treated us very well throughout our stay.

Good and clean hotel to stay in Gandhinagar for a couple of days. I have attached a few photos for the reference. The staff is courteous. They have a restaurant on the 7th floor and serve both veg and non-veg food. With no noisy atmosphere, the service is fast.

Pathetic and horrible experience, overpriced and rooms are not at all worth as per the tariff they have asked, Mr Manoranjan who said I am the owner of this hotel (which I highly doubt) is highly arrogant and rude and shouted on me on top of his voice when I said the room is not worth what the tarrif is and I will not pay the full amount. The washroom door handle was broken The Bedsheets were dirty The room was suffocating The washbasin tap was loose considering the price what we paid for the room. I was amazed after all these problem Mr Manoranjan was least bothered to listen our issue he was more interested to get his full cost. I would recommend please don't consider this hotel very very very very bad experience.

Location is good, near market area. Food is decent. Adequate variety is there. They serve buffet breakfast and dinner. Rooms are reasonably good. Overall satisfactory.

Our experience with crayon was super comfortable! They have decent rooms and very responsive service staff. The location is walking distance from the gandhinagar busstop which can provide connectivity to ahmedabad. It is also at short rickshaw distance from the metro station called Sector 1. The hotel was clean.

Location was good, very close to Helipad and Mahatma Gandhi Grounds both.||food was tasty, but breakfast was not that great,||Amenities were not that great, some rooms had hot water issues in showers. Maintenance was poor.||Services was very good, efficient but less staff.||No good restaurants nearby except the hotel's own restaurant.

It was a very nice experience. All the staff was good and the service was nice. Special thanks to Mr. Manoranjan ji!! Only the corridor was a bit loud.

I spend 6 months at crayon hotel . Hotel staff is very friendly and good . Room service is seemless and outstanding.
