I have been there for three days Worst experience. No water facility, food was terrible, power was going out multiple times. Plug sockets were coming out. Washroom is another level worst. Haunted experience overall. The staff were very rude and my suggestion is kindly check their cancellation policy before booking, it says cancellation is only possible before 7days before the arrival, which i felt monopolistic and manipulating the customers. Once you book this hotel agoda will be of no help from their end. So kindly book better hotels because cambay sapphire is the worst in entire Gujarat

Unfortunately I've experienced subpar food quality and service during my visit. I'm really disappointed that I Booked a room but no accommodation was provided. I was expecting some fun activities or games at the hotel but there was nothing I didn't have a great experience here. Maybe you can look into improving your food and service

We were then taken to show us our alloted room, which to our surprise was in a very terrible condition, the lights were not working, unclean bath tub & centre table, most surprisingly the room *DID NOT HAVE AN INTERCOM TO REACH OUT TO THE RECEPTION OR HOUSE KEEPING STAFF* Which is very ridiculous. |Looking at such bad conditions of the hotel we immediately wanted to get out of there ASAP. When asked for a refund we were made to wait for *2 straight hours* & we had to raise our voices to get back our hard earned money. Hadn't we raised our voices our the _Miser_ management had no intention of returning back our money. The hotel is very poorly staffed & the management has literally kept an illiterate watchman as their front desk operator. ||Please shut your property down as it is now nothing but a haunted land.

Poor staff d.not have manners to talk with customer on call if u ask for room enquiry price and discount misbehave insult very poor staff and say to do ur booking where u get discount

The property is very old. Service is good. Rooms are pathetic. Nothing works neither AC, lights. No water. Be care full

The images of the hotel on Google are incorrect. It is the worst hotel in Gandhinagar. The rooms, washrooms were not clean. The rooms and whole corridor were stinking, wall plasters coming off. The hotel lobby as well as corridors were poorly lit giving it a spooky feel. No staff to address your issues. Secluded at night, it is good place for shooting horror movies. No guests were there. The new staff showed me several rooms all were in bad shape. I asked for the refund, however, they kept on pestering to see more rooms. I left the hotel without getting refund considering safety issues as no other guests were there and also few staff looked intoxicated. It should be taken down from all the hotel booking sites. Please never visit this hotel.
