Hotel Shivam

Very disappointing experience I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff and manager displayed shockingly rude behavior. When I requested to change my room, the manager curtly responded, "If you don't want it, cancel your stay," despite knowing that my booking was non-refundable due to the hotel's own cancellation policy. There was no warm welcome or attempt to make guests feel valued. Instead, it felt as though they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The non-refundable clause now makes sense--it seems designed to trap guests into enduring poor service. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

If you are ok with cockroaches then only go ... Because lot of cockroaches there in room all over on ur thinks u put on bed and furniture little bit old ... Old washrooms ... Salty water... 24 hr hot water available and AC working fine .. I stayed in the deluxe AC room for 2 night ...

Worst experience of my staff. Very poor condition of the rooms, don't fall in the trap of photos. Photos shared are from the time of inaugration. Rude staff with fraud manager mr. Robin.
