Hotel Prashant International

Here people are giving negetive reviews- but they should not forget - this is NOT 5 star hotel neither you are paying 5K/Night, its Rs.1000/1200 category, dont expect too much & you will be happy. Sasta bhi chahiye aur 5 star seva- both does not come hand to hand. stayed for 3 days VERY GOOD experience. Hotel staffs are good, Mr. Prashant- incharge very nice. Rooms are normal with & without AC and the FOOD too good. Dont forget Aloo paratha (home made type), Aloo jeera & Mix veg. THE FOOD WAS UNEXPECTEDLY TOO GOOD. HOTEL is good for family stay, location is calm/good. Over all nice hotel. Gandhidham is little outskirts & lacks communication. Only way of transport is SHARE AUTO. No Ola or Uber nothing. You can contact hotel reception for share auto if you want to travel to airport or station.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no professionalism or willingness to assist guests. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. The rooms and washrooms were filthy and unhygienic--absolutely unacceptable! The bed linens were stained, the floors were dirty, and the washroom reeked of a foul smell. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance are not a priority here. To make matters worse, the entire premises were poorly maintained, with garbage lying around and broken furniture. They clearly uploaded old and misleading photos on their website to deceive customers. The actual state of the hotel is nowhere close to what's shown online. This place doesn't deserve even a single star.

Staff are using abuse word in front of the guest. third class rooms are available in this hotel and washroom are very dirty, cigarette smell are coming from hotel very bad experience in this Prashant international hotel in Gandhidham. Talking to guest in very rude manner

Worst, experience in gandhidham, staff is not co-operative, rooms are too dirty, washroom are not well cleaned as shown in the picture.

Rooms are ok but the way to go to the room makes it so bad and unsecured too ... The hotel lift is full of 100 mosquitoes and in my room there's a current in its washroom door when our hand is wet. Not preferable for long stays...
