extreme value for money, would suggest to go and book in person instead of online. New property, staff resides in the hotel cleanliness is average, breakfast is inclusive but not buffet type, bathroom slightly small but considering the cost its value for money

Worst example of customer service ever when you try to book the hotel through the call and they harshly tell you to book another hotel if you are telling them that you are getting a better price somewhere else.

Room Is Good. Manager Prembhai Is Very Helpful And Jolly Person. Breakfast Quality Is Good. Room Size Is Big Compared To Other Hotels.

Very dirty hotel. Maintenance is zero. Washroom was horrible. Not recommend for family as the outside environment is very shady

Nice stay at Hotel Orchid. The stay was excellent especially because of a guy named 'Mahendra' who provides exceptional room service. He is available 24/7. You can call him anytime for any issue of yours and he will deal with it swiftly and promptly. I gave this hotel 5 stars only because of this guy. Overall a nice and budget friendly hotel.
